How do I place an order?

Simply select your tree size, choose your preferred delivery date and the 2-hour time window, and complete checkout. We'll send you a confirmation email right away.

When will my tree be delivered?

You'll select your delivery date and 2-hour time window during checkout. Each delivery window starts at the time you book delivery. For example, if you select a 10a delivery window, your tree will be delivered between 10a-12p.

We'll text or call you 30 minutes before arrival so you know exactly when to expect us. No more waiting around all day!

Do you deliver to all NYC boroughs?

Yes! We offer free delivery to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island.

What if I'm not home during my delivery window?

Someone must be home to receive the tree. If you need to reschedule, you can easily do so via your confirmation email within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery. You will be able to select a new available time slot.

No-shows: If no one is home to receive the delivery during your scheduled window, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We source fresh trees specifically for your order, so we ask for your understanding with our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery.

Please contact us for any cancellation requests if within 72 hours of your delivery.

How do I dispose of my tree?

NYC offers curbside Christmas tree collection in January. You can also drop off your tree at designated NYC Parks locations for mulching. Visit nyc.gov for specific dates and locations.
